Treatment for deceive

Computer sounds are heard as a computer starts and opens a messenger on screen.
Nathan, age 15, has a profile picture shown in which he is smiling with his family is on the screen.
He has been speaking online to a girl named Jess whom he has never met.
Then Jess' profile opens up. She is a girl, also 15, all her pictures are from summer and she is consistently smiling in each picture.
Nathan messages Jess as he does most days and receives an instant and friendly reply.
Nathans young voice reads out his joyful but immature response.
Next to the computer are typical teenage items which we assume Nathan owns.
On the other side is typical adult items and now the apartment is shown. It is small, grey and mature.
Then we see the typer - Marvin -  a man of 55 in a dark outfit with a serious and unfriendly vibe. He has dark but greying hair and a rough face.
The laptop keys show the word DECEIVE
Marvin uses the books for inspiration for conversations with the girl and his voice reads out the reply.
He gets up to check his packet of cigarettes - which is empty so he decides to make a cup of tea.
He moves slowly and is clearly not enjoying his life.
He asks Jess to meet somewhere private -sipping his tea as he types.
She seems unsure but eventually agrees.
Marvin develops a slight grin - he then goes into the kitchen to make toast with butter - now he moves with more pace.
He goes to put the knife in the dishwasher afterwards but stops just first and we see him think. He washes it and places it in his pocket.

A day later Marvin is sitting in a bench in an empty park waiting. Its cold outside and sunset is just finishing.
He checks his phone and repetitively looks around feeling unhappy.
Another man of similar age approaches slowly. Dressed in a similar sinister dark outfit. They sit on the bench together. Marvin knows the man - he is not named.
The unnamed man turns to the Marvin and pauses, they are both disappointed in themselves and the situation. He slowly states in a crooked voice "not again" and offers a cigarette to Marvin.
